Reverse Osmosis System is the most efficient method of Removing Dissolved Solids. It works on the phenomenon of physical separation of dissolved solids & minerals present in water by passing through a semi – permeable membrane. The Technology uses the Principle of Osmosis.

The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. After producing desired output, the resin is regenerated with (NaCI) Sodium Chloride solution after which unit is again ready to deliver next batch.

Pressure Sand Filters are used for Sand Filtration of Water. It consists of Pressure Vessel (Vertical or Horizontal Position) with Frontal Piping & Valves. The Media used is Graded Silica Quartz, Coarse Sand and Pebbles & Gravels. A Distribution System is installed in order to distribute the Incoming Water Supply Uniformly in the Filter.
Raw Water flows into the Filter downwards through the filter media as the suspended particles are retained in the sand media. Clear Water flows out of the system and there is a pressure & flow drop in the media as the filtration continues. The Filter requires frequent Back Wash in order to increase the Flow & Pressure from the Filter.

Sewage Treatment Plant helps in removing contaminants from waste water and household effluent, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. DM Water Plant delivers De-Mineralized Water by using of ion (H+ and OH- ions) exchange process that removes ions and mineral salts from water. The End Product is Water which is completely free from dissolved Mineral Ions or Salts. The Output Water is distilled water and is conductivity free.
A Typical two-bed Demineralised Water plant or DM Plant consists of FRP/MS Rubber lined Pressure vessels connected in series along with its internal fittings. The first unit consists of high capacity strongly acidic cation exchange resin, which converts positive ions of salt and replaces them with hydrogen ions to form respective acids, which are absorbed in next vessel by strongly basic anion exchange resin. The water obtained by this process shows conductivity less than 20 µ S / cm at 250 C and total dissolved solids less than 10 ppm.
